Before you even pick up that steel tape measure, you need to decide what kind of window blind you want. Do you want the Window Blinds on the inside of the window casing or outside mounted blinds?

To have the desired covering for your windows you must measure within 1/8 of an inch. Don’t trust your memory write the measurement down on a piece of paper.
