Los Angeles Shutters: The Essential Series

Our Los Angeles shutters are renowned throughout Southern California for not only their fair pricing and high-end quality but for the many different types of materials they're made from as well. While many individuals/homeowners want to use wood when they replace their old shutters with new ones not all of them can afford nor want the headaches associated with wood shutters.

This is where our "Essential Series" comes into play. Our faux shutters and Polly shutters are two of the most popular types of Los Angeles shutters that we currently manufacture and sell. While both are made from materials other than wood both the faux and Polly shutter not only look just like wood but are well suited for harsh environments and work extremely well in both heat and moisture prone areas. All of our Los Angeles shutters, including those in our "Essential Series", are considered high-end shutters.

Our faux shutter is made from medium density fiber board and has an acrylic coating that has UV inhibitors which protects it from intense sun exposure. These shutters work great in areas that are hot and see the sun regularly. The shutters are also heavier than wood so there are some limitations when it comes to tall and wide openings but overall these shutters are a fantastic alternative to wood. Our Polly shutter on the other hand are extremely moisture resistance and made from a very solid resin which makes it a great shutter for windows near sinks, bathtubs, or showers. They look very similar to basewood shutters and require extremely low maintenance too. This type of shutter has a synthetic vinyl look that satisfies nearly every customer who views one and unless asked, no one will know that these shutters are not made from traditional wood.

Should you have any questions about any of our shutters please be sure to contact us so that we may be of assistance! You'll want to remember that we also offer both Orange County shutters and San Diego shutters as well.
